Journal Ilmiah Kebijakan Hukum was first published in March 2006 by the Center for Policy Research and Development, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, began to be managed by the Law and Human Rights Research and Development Agency in the first issue of March 2016 after the new nomenclature was stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 29 of 2015.
