JIKH merupakan media ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian hukum, wacana ilmiah, dan artikel di bidding kebijakan hukum. JIKH diterbitkan oleh Badan Strategi Kebijakan Hukum dan HAM, di bawah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia. Jurnal ini memperoleh peringkat S2 dari Science and Technology Index (SINTA) - Indonesia. 

All manuscript should be submitted via journal’s online submission. We will not process if the manuscript is submitted not through the Open Journal System (OJS) of Jurnal Ilmiah Kebijakan Hukum.

If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

In early 2023, JIKH website is presented both in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Simply choose your preferred language at the top right corner of the page.

 

However, to guarantee the quality of every article, the pdf file will only publish in English.
