All manuscript should be submitted via journal’s online submission. We will not process if the manuscript is submitted not through the Open Journal System (OJS) of Jurnal Ilmiah Kebijakan Hukum.

If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

Editorial board of JIKH kindly invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit their original manuscript to JIKH. JIKH is a peer-reviewed journal published articles in the field of legal policy. JIKH accepts submissions of scientific articles discussing policy on correctional, immigration, legislative, intellectual property, general law administration, human rights, fostering national law, as well as administration, supervision, and development of human resources in the field of law and human rights.

In early 2023, JIKH website is presented both in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Simply choose your preferred language at the top right corner of the page.

However, to guarantee the quality of every article, the pdf file will only publish in English.
