Jurnal Ilmiah Kebijakan Hukum (JIKH) is a scientific publication containing research results, legal studies, scholarly discourse, and articles in the field of legal policy. JIKH is published by the Legal Policy Strategy Agency, under the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia. This journal has received a SINTA-2 ranking from the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) - Indonesia.

All manuscript should be submitted via journal’s online submission. We will not process if the manuscript is submitted not through the Open Journal System (OJS) of Jurnal Ilmiah Kebijakan Hukum.

For manuscript written in Indonesian, please note  TemplateIndonesia2023.docx (live.com). 

If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

In early 2023, JIKH website is presented both in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Simply choose your preferred language at the top right corner of the page.

 

However, to guarantee the quality of every article, the pdf file will only publish in English.
