Published online for the first time in Volume 7 No. 1, July 2016 by the Law and Human Rights Research and Development Agency. Since 2023, it has been managed by the Law and Human Rights Policy Strategy Agency. In 2024, it has been managed by the Legal Policy Strategy Agency
