Vera Bararah Barid completed her master’s degree in law at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2016. She is a legal researcher at the Research Center for Law – Humanities Social Sciences Research Organization (OR IPSH)–National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). Her research area focuses on law, especially regarding employment, issues related to workers, and regulations that are relevant to Indonesian workers (both Indonesian Workers and Indonesian Migrant Workers). Dewi Analis Indriyani was born in Ambon, September 1989 and grew up in Yogyakarta. Dewi completed her undergraduate program in 2012 at the Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah University of Malang, her Master of Law degree with a major in Business Law from Airlangga University in 2015, and her Master of Law degree with a major in Intellectual Property Law from University of Indonesia in 2022 with the support of Degree by Research Scholarship from Indonesian Institute of Sciences ((LIPI) - now BRIN). Dewi started her career as a State Civil Apparatus with position of Assistant Researcher at the Research and Development Board for Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic Indonesia since 2019-2021, currently, since 2022 Dewi Assistant Researcher at the Research Center for Law National Research and Innovation Agency. Yeni Yulianti was born in Nanga Bunut, West Kalimantan, July 1, 1983. Yeni completed her undergraduate program in 2005 at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta, majoring in literature. She earned a master’s degree from Gadjah Mada University in 2015. Yeni started her career as a researcher at the Language Agency, Ministry of Education and Culture since 2006, then joined the National Research and Innovation Agency in 2022. Sri Gilang Muhammad Sultan Rahma Putra, born in Malang, East Java, April 5, 1988. Completed his Bachelor of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Brawijaya in 2011 . Furthermore, completed his master’s degree in law with a concentration in transnational law at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2021 In addition to formal education, training that has been attended are the First Level Researcher Training organized by LIPI (Indonesian Institute of Sciences) and graduated as one of the best participants and the 2019 National Scientific Writing Training organized by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) and the Social Research Methodology Training for the year 2021 organized by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI). Currently, the author works as a researcher in the field of International Law at the Research Center for Law of the Research Organization for Social Sciences and Humanities of the National Research and Innovation Agency Indonesia (BRIN). Penny Naluria Utami was born on August 8, 1975, in Jakarta. Completed his S1 education at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Prof. DR. Moestopo University (religion) in 1998 and Master of Law from the Islamic University Jakarta in 2014.
