Detania Sukarja Universitas Sumatera Utara Indonesia
Detania Sukarja received her master’s degree from Georgetown University in 2007 (Fulbright Scholarship) and her doctoral degree from Universitas Indonesia in 2015. Detania is currently a full-time lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Her subjects include Corporate Law, Contract Law, Investment Law, and International Business Transactions. She is also a part-time lecturer at Institut Teknologi Bandung MBA Program for Business Law, Ethics, and Sustainability course.
Barran Hamzah Nasution Universitas Sumatera Utara Indonesia
Barran Hamzah Nasution received his master's degree from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. He joined the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara as a teaching staff for the Economic Law Department in 2022. He previously worked as an associate in various law firms in Jakarta. Barran Nasution is also currently pursuing his doctoral degree in law in Universitas Sumatera Utara.
